Ingredients
🧀 For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef (for a juicy, flavorful base)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (melty goodness)
½ cup cream cheese, softened (adds a creamy texture)
1 tsp garlic powder (for extra flavor)
1 tsp onion powder (boosts the taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
🥖 For the Dough:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (easy to use, bakes up fluffy and golden)
🧈 For the Topping:
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (adds a crispy, cheesy finish)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 3-4 inch round circle.
Place 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each round.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Roll the dough into a smooth ball and place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3: Add the Garlic Parmesan Topping
Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese for added crunch.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once done, sprinkle with fresh parsley for extra color and flavor.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
Enjoy as a snack, party appetizer, or easy weeknight meal!
